This is one of many photos that Otto took of the 1909 World's Fair held in Seattle, the Alaska Yukon Pacific Exposition. Most of the image numbers for these photos are in the range 200-299.

There is also an Image 212 (212 - Looking South) taken from the top of a building in downtown Seattle. Perhaps Otto reused the image number because no one would be interested in an A.Y.P.E. card after the exposition ended.
