This unsigned image shows the construction of what is now U.S. Highway 101 along Hood Canal. We do not know where the photo was taken, but it is likely near Lilliwaup, where Otto's wife and daughters lived while he worked in Seattle.

There is also an Image 224 (224 - Mines Bldg. A.Y.P.E.) showing an exhibit hall at the Alaska Yukon Pacific Exposition, the World's Fair held in Seattle in 1909. Perhaps Otto reused the image number because no one would be interested in an A.Y.P.E. card after the exposition ended.
