Lake Cushman, northwest of Shelton in Mason County, Washington, was a favorite topic. Otto's wife Mary and their daughters lived in Lilliwaup, just a few miles away, while he worked in Seattle. The buildings in the background are probably the Antlers Resort. He took several photos of the resort, now under water after the level of the lake was raised by a hydroelectric dam.
There is also an Image 216 (216 - Rainier Vista A.Y.P.E.) from the Alaska Yukon Pacific Exposition of 1909. Perhaps Otto reused the image number because no one would be interested in an A.Y.P.E. card after the exposition ended.
