O.T. Frasch images in the range from 420 to 429 show scenes near Lake Cushman and Seabeck, on the other side of Hood Canal. All of the captions have an atypical writing style, though the style matches many images in the range from 400 to 499. Some are unsigned but have Otto's imprint on the back; one of them is signed on the front but has the imprint of L.A. Hoover on the back. Perhaps he was an assistant of Otto's.
