This image of the L.C. Smith Tower was taken 1914 or later, after the tower had been finished. Notice the spelling of "Story" and the missing closing parenthesis in the caption.
There is also an Image 227 (227 - AYP at Night Reflecting in Lake Union Seattle) from the Alaska Yukon Pacific Exposition of 1909. Perhaps Otto reused the image number because no one would be interested in an A.Y.P.E. card after the exposition ended.
